Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Burrin Mountain Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Booking and Payment
- To book a tour, you must complete the booking process and provide accurate and complete information.
- Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified by Burrin Mountain Tours. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method accepted by the Burren Mountain Tours.
Cancellations and Refunds
Non-refundable if cancelled within 10 days of tour
Changes and Alterations
- Burren Mountain Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or any other aspect of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
- Every effort will be made to inform clients of any significant changes or alterations to the tour itinerary in advance.
Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints or disputes regarding the tour should be brought to the attention of the tour guide as soon as possible to allow for resolution during the tour.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of country. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued participation in tours after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
